Sculpting Sonic the Hedgehog in Fine Porcelain
Watch artisans make an intricate porcelain sculpture of Sonic the Hedgehog. The video follows YOYOYO’s “Infinite Blue,” from mold making and casting to meticulous hand-painting, glazing, and firing. Cobalt pigment gives Sonic his signature blue, with a twisting red infinity trail for speed. Limited to 50 pieces, the sculptures cost a wallet-busting $7,000 each.
