Highland Park Espresso Martini
2 oz Highland Park Whisky
½ oz Galliano Ristretto or other coffee liqueur
¼ oz simple syrup
1 ½ oz fresh espresso or cold brew coffee
METHOD: Add ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Fine-strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with three coffee beans.
